Artisan Chocolatier engaged in the choice of his beans
For several years, Eric VALLEGEAS has been committed to more "fairtrade" cocoa. Different programs are now piloted by organizations (Max Havelaar, Cacao Trace, Cocoa Horizons,...) and which carry strong values guaranteeing:
- Improved working conditions for planters:
* A guaranteed minimum price: this price allows them to cover the basic needs of the family and finance their production methods that respect the environment.
* A stable remuneration which allows them to invest and to plan more serenely for the future.

"By savoring our chocolates, you are helping and participating in the whole human adventure of an artisanal, traditional and fragile industry, which must be protected."
Our commitment is also demonstrated by our numerous certifications ensuring quality and eco-responsibility on the products we offer.
