Salted Butter Caramel Vanilla Yogurts
• 1 liter of whole or semi-skimmed milk
• 1 plain yogurt
• 8 teaspoons of cane sugar
• 1 vanilla pod
• 1 tube of Ile de Ré Chocolates Salted Butter Caramel Coulis
Bring the milk to the boil with the vanilla pod, taking care to split it lengthwise. Then let cool and remove the vanilla pod from the milk.
Whisk the yogurt and add it to the milk, along with the spoons of cane sugar.
Once the preparation is finished, distribute it in the pots. Place them in the yogurt maker for 10 hours.
On each jar, add 3 teaspoons of Ile de Ré Chocolates Salted Butter Caramel Coulis which you will spread over a thickness of about 1 cm.
Put the lids on to cover the jars and place them in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
