Hot chocolate

For about 5 to 6 people (cups)


Ingredients:

• 1l of Milk

• 100g of Sugar

• 10cl of water

• 400g of Dark Chocolate Ile de Ré Chocolates (Cameroon 66%)

• 1 pinch of fleur de sel or a pinch of cinnamon knife

 

Recipe :

Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.

Warm the milk, water and sugar.

Pour a little milk into the chocolate, stirring with a whisk.

Then gently stir in the rest of the liquid.

Return everything to the pan.

1 pinch of fleur de sel or a pinch of cinnamon knife.

Mix 1 to 2 minutes over low heat.
