Chocolate Mousse - New recipe

Preparation: 25-30 min


100g chocolate dessert

15g butter

3 eggs

30g sugar

1 pinch of salt



Take the eggs and butter out of the fridge beforehand and if possible leave them at room temperature 1 hour before starting

Melt the chocolate squares in a small saucepan with a pan of water over very low heat - Let cool

Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the whites to stiff peaks with the sugar

In a salad bowl, pour the melted chocolate and incorporate the softened butter and the yolks

Quickly add 1/3 of the whites then add the remaining 2/3 gradually and delicately

Put the bowl in the cold for 2 to 3 hours, before tasting
