Chocolate cake

-100g chocolate Ile de Ré Chocolats
-60g butter
-2 eggs
-30g flour
-60g sugar
-1 pinch of salt


Recipe : 

-Preheat the oven to 200/210 ° C
-Melt the chocolate squares in a small saucepan with a pan of water over very low heat
-In a bowl, work the softened butter and the sugar, incorporate the melted chocolate cooled for a few moments
-Add the eggs and flour
-Lightly butter ramekins or mussels
-Pour the preparation into the molds and bake at 200/210 ° C for 12 minutes
-To be enjoyed on its own warm or with a little whipped cream and raspberries for the decoration
